Spiderman 3
I managed to catch this.. and i muz say it's a very good tie-up for a trilogy (i'm saying it's a trilogy though there is rumours of a Spiderman 4 cos i think it's hard to top this latest part of the sequel), it ties up all the loose ends in the 1st and 2nd storylines and plots beautifully.
Friendship, betrayal, love, choices, sacrifices, hatred, evil versus good... they were all beautifully woven into this last instalment of the Spiderman franchise.. and in my opinion, made Spiderman the most possibly human amongst all the superhero films and shows.
And i found my new love in...

James Franco!!!!! aka the new Goblin... he is waaaaaay cute la.... ok i have a soft spot for older, boyish-cute and talented guys (he's a director, film producer and screenwriter on top of being an excellent actor)... he simply brought the role of Harry Osborn out very well.. the emotions... awwww.. CAN I JUST HUG HIM???

James Osborn as the new Goblin...
But the character that intrigues me is that of Venom... I guess it's cos i feel there's an alter-ego in all of us.. a venomous part of us. it's just whether we let it come forth, we are honest in facing it, and how much and well we restrain it to suit ourselves. Although Eddie Brock Jr. was portrayed to be a very weak character in Spidey 3, i felt he has at least been true to himself in some ways. He is the epitome of hatred in the movie, and a true representation of the alter-egos we try too hard to conceal sometimes. Especially like his line in the movie "I like being bad".. said in savouring relish. And the part where he holds onto the symbiote of Venom in the last scene really rocks me... ok i will not spoil it further for those who haven't caught it. Catch it and we can discuss it further. Every minute of the 156-minute show is worth it.

Topher Grace as Venom...
Spiderman 3 does make me wanna pick up the comics and read it for the greater details and plot, but the number of comics is pretty appalling.. plus the fact that i dun like comics much. Hopefully, one day, they'll think of writing a novel about it... No i dun want the novel from the movie version, but the true unadulterated story in full details in novel format.
Okay.. i STILL haven't finish packing my room. i got TOO much stuff le.. managed in the past 2 days to clear 3 bags of rubbish. More tmr.. heee.. will present pics when it's done=p
