7 things on 7 areas
It is a boring sunday and resolving not to spend my sunday like how i have spent my saturday(by sleeping it away), i decided to do this "7 Things" list which grace has suggested i do some time back and which cat has done too. and, (i'm not being mean here), its cos i'm really bored and i have no studying to do la, unlike the rest of yall... sympathies go out to those mugging in this horrendously hot and sleepy weather(which justifies why i am unable to bring myself to do anything at all:)).
7 things foods i love:
- Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice-cream!
- fat, juicy strawberries (unfortunately i have only got to taste the measly small ones from local supermarkets...now if only can airmail me fresh juicy ones from Australia...*grins*)
- Grilled Potatoes
- Melted cheese on almost everything except rice
- Chinese cuisine *that includes everything from as cheap as 2 bucks to as ex as 100 bucks*!!
- Soya Bean milk fresh from the hawker centre!!( i swear i dun get enough of that!!)
- Pearl milk tea!!
ok...wait.. why are the "7 things i love" all food?? scratch that.. i should say.."7 top fave foods". 7 things i love: - my beautiful new sparkling white iPod Video
- conversations * meaningful or bimbotic* with close friends in a quiet setting
- my desk
- music
- Perfumes
- Charm bracelets
- Spas
7 things that'll melt my heart instantly: - a baby's smile
- a bear hug from behind *cos it literally takes u by surprise by its spontaneity and warmth*
- linking of fingers
- handmade anything from someone close
- a kiss onscreen *the sweet kind. the sweet lingering kind where the guy's so gentle and touches the gal with such sweet gentleness it's unbelievable*
- a call/sms from someone close who just calls to talk or misses me
- my little bolster from childhood..melts my heart ALL the time with the memories of my happy childhood
7 things i hate: - quarrels, arguments of any nature
- loud noises
- dirty restrooms
- smart-alecks/know-it-alls
- salesmen/surveyors who try every way possible to waylay u
- losing someone close, family or human relationship
- periods
7 things i dream/desire: - becoming rich cos that would be equivalent to more dreams, more desires, more open doors, more options.
- fall in love *that takes up about 1/3 of my dreams when i'm asleep for some reason or another. weird*.
- visit Disneyland in US, Tokyo, HongKong, France *wait is there one in France? i vaguely remember someone telling me there is. oh what the hell. ALL the Disneylands in the world:):)*.
- be musically-inclined. i.e. learn to play one or more musical instruments. i.e. piano, keyboard, flute, guitar, violin, cello, zither...
- learn how to dance professionally.
- learn horseback riding.
- live in a little cottage in the subburbs away from the world.
actually i wanted to add learning several languages like French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian and dialects and being able to be truly happy and blah blah... to the list but it's only 7 things..*pouts* can't i have like 10 things? 7 things that have made me cry*actually there have definitely been more than 7 but oh well..*: - when i'm criticised. for anything.
- when my aunt passed away when i was in sec 1, was still crying about it for years after.
- when i quarrel with a close friend and a cold war and break in relations ensue.
- when i quarrel with family.
- the scene from "Green Mile" when the black guy was escorted to be executed, when he told Tom Hanks that he didn't mind being executed though it wasn't his fault cos he was tired. Tired of having a God-given ability to see all the injustices in the world and being unable to redress all of them.
- when my nephew cried cos my cousin won't let him come back to my aunt's place and my aunt looked so gloomy cos of her child's behaviour.
- when i get sad over nothing at all.
7 words i'm always repeating: - huh...

- and then

- damn it
- shit la
- i dunno la
ok so that's the seven areas. maybe yall would like to do a "7 things on 7 areas" list so that i can know yall better too. till then! p.s. what shall i do with the rest of my Sunday? *ducks from the frustrated muggers who wanna throw eggs or dirty shoes at me for making this comment* heh
